This notice explains how PilSStrem LLC collects and uses information submitted through our website, vehicle inventory, service forms, and collision-claim intake.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email, preferred language, vehicle information including mileage and current location, accident and insurance details, requested appointment time, photographs, documents, and the content of messages you send us. Our systems also process limited technical information needed for security and abuse prevention.
How we use information
- To review your vehicle and contact you about service, inspection, towing, rental coordination, repair, or claim-related next steps.
- To maintain a case record, communicate with parties you authorize, and provide customer support.
- To secure our systems, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Storage and sharing
Submitted case information is stored in private business systems operated for PilSStrem LLC. We do not publish your photographs or claim documents on the public website. Address text may be sent to US Census and OpenStreetMap-based geocoding services to provide address suggestions. We may share information with service providers that host or deliver our systems, and with insurers, adjusters, towing providers, rental providers, repair partners, or other parties when needed for your request and authorized by you or required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Email and phone contact
By submitting a request, you authorize contact about that request by email or phone. This form does not enroll you in marketing text messages. Any future SMS program will use a separate consent.
Retention and security
We retain business and repair records for the period needed to provide service, maintain an audit trail, resolve disputes, and meet applicable requirements. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use access controls and private file storage appropriate to the information we process.
